All Visits Need Appointments

During the times of COVID 19 we have changed our practices. In order to allow for social distancing in our small store, to provide the safest environment for staff and guests, as well as continue to serve you the best way we can, we are now requiring appointments. We will do our best to make it as easy as possible!

Appointments need to be booked for EVERY visit to the store in order to ensure that we have the ability to meet the criteria necessary for safe shopping. Please select below the service you would require and we will be happy to accommodate!

In Store Appointment

This appointment will be available during our typical hours of operation. Tues - Fri 11-5, Thursdays 11-7 and Saturday 11-4. Appointments will be an hour in length. You are welcome to bring up to 2 guests with you for the appointment and join more remotely if you choose. We request where possible to not bring children. They will not be able to wander as in the past, and they may not have a great experience compared to pre-covid visits. If they are required to come, we understand, and will do what we can to help out (as usual). We suggest you bring your shoes if you wish to try dresses on while wearing them as we no longer have these available to try on. Face coverings will be required of all guests (and staff). You are requested to bring your own washable options if you have them to reduce waste. We will have disposable on hand. We request that you check out the online shop to PRESELECT 3 dresses you wish to have waiting for you upon arrival in your change room.  This information is required during the booking. During the visit we can select a few more based on initial try ons. Please note, after a dress has been tried on, it needs to go "into hiding" for sanitation purposes. This is the reason for the restrictions. You will be able to make another appointment if you have not found the right dress yet! We appreciate your patience as we learn the new normal along with you all. We are offering an option of a longer appointment for Bridesmaids who may be shopping together in the coloured change room of 1.5 hours if they are comfortable using the same room.

Virtual Visits

We are able to offer Virtual Visits for our guests. These will be provided by Zoho Meetings and a link will be sent via email. Guests are welcome to share their "meeting" information and link in additional people. These appointments are one hour in length. We request that people pre-shop online and provide up to 3 dresses to be viewed during the appointment. We will allow review of additional dresses up to the maximum time of the appointment. These appointments are currently only available during our open hours. Please message to see if we can accommodate outside hours appointments.

In Store Appointment After Hours

This appointment is the same as the above In Store Appointment during our typical hours. The difference is as follows:

     The Store is normally closed at the time you desire your appointment.

     There is a $20 Non Refundable Booking Fee 

     This fee is not returned for no shows

     This fee will be applied towards a dress purchase during the visit.

Online Shopping

We encourage all our guests to check out our ever evolving online shop. We know there are glitches and are working on them! 

Please ensure that you click on dresses to verify correct sizing etc. Sometimes when you request a certain size it will catch other "tagged" information such as dress style and pull incorrect dresses. (Sorry about that... we have our techs looking into it)

You are able to search by colours, length, Type (wedding, coloured etc), Designer and various other things such as Sweet heart, Illusion, Fit and Flare.  

I admit, we are human, we have made errors in uploading over 1,000 dresses and are working on  correcting these. It will take time.

You are able to select a dress you want curb side pick up to save shipping fees if you live locally. We will prepare the item and have it bagged and ready with an email confirming pick up times. We are offering 24 hour return policy on all curb side pick up dresses to allow for trying on at home in an effort to social distance. Once this time has passed, if we have not heard from you BY EMAIL, we will enter the purchase into our computer programming and the sale will become final.

Condition: You will see an updated condition of the dress, or perhaps sometimes you will only see "Contact Tanya". This is due to the fact we may not have recently physically inspected the item. You are welcome to check by email on any dress to ensure it is still in the condition we state. Keeping in mind, our dresses are all in the showroom and available to try on.
